From the garden to the table
Sagàs is a small town in the middle of a mountain located in the Berguedà, a wonderful environment where we find the origin of all the products we use in our kitchen. The Rovira family cultivates this fertile land to produce GMO-free vegetables, raises its own cattle with the best quality standards and in the workshop prepares, using centuries-old recipes, all the artisan charcuterie products. The products arrive at our restaurant directly, without intermediaries, and we cook them ourselves on the spot, a kitchen of origin, from farm to table.

SAGÀS is a gastronomic journey through the best of international street cuisine. We have traveled the world to reinterpret the great classics of urban food, but always knowing at all times who we are. From Catalan classics such as botifarra and llonganissa, we travel to the oriental flavors of Chinese buns or the legendary Vietnamese Bahn mi, to classic American hamburgers with old Galician beef or even to Italian delicacies such as burrata and bruschetta smoked sardines All this accompanied by our fantastic salads, real potatoes and surprising and original desserts.
